Update!!! It Was A Good Year!

Librarians in East St. Louis school district 189 circulated book until the last day of school!  Our new grant total of books checked out my K-12 students in the district is....

Today's the last day of school and it's time to celebrate! - Eight Schools in school district 189 in East St. Louis, IL: 5 elementary, 2 middle and 1 high school - Libraries were re-opened in 2015 after previously being closed for 8 years - 1 Lead Librarian (certified), 3 certified librarians, 2 librarians in training, 2 para-professionals (we are still looking for certified librarians!) #NeverDoubtASchoolLibrarian #schoollibrary #schoollibrarians #librariestransform #librariesofinstagram #EastStLouis #estl_lmc
